Our websites create unique 14-character passwords that are only created after an automatic token is inserted to increase overall security strength, ensuring the security of your own information within the bounds of our services.

1.2.4. Secure Login

Login requires 2 pieces of information; your email and password, access is restricted to one device. This is designed to stop unauthorized access to your account.

We will also occasionally re-authenticate your login to ensure the website and management app is being used by the customer. It is not possible for an attacker to continually try to login, as this will lock the attacker out – this prevents brute force attacks.

1.2.5. How Long We Keep Your Personal Information

We keep your personal information only for as long as we need to. This time period may depend on what we are using your information for, in accordance with this privacy policy. If your personal information is no longer required, we will delete it or make it anonymous by removing all details that identify you.

However, if necessary, we may retain your personal information for our compliance with a legal, accounting, or reporting obligation or for archiving purposes in the public interest, scientific, or historical research purposes or statistical purposes.

1.4. Location Data

Location access is required to map and locate the delivery address, and to monitor your order status in real-time. Furthermore, the app requires the “use precise location” permission while in use. This ensures accurate tracking and timely delivery of your orders.

Enabling the “use precise location” feature is optional. If this feature is turned off, real-time tracking will be unavailable, and you will only receive notifications when the delivery driver updates the order status. Your location data is used solely for order tracking and delivery purposes and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as necessary to fulfill your order and comply with legal obligations.
